Ans : Gross National Product is the market value of all final goods and services produce within the boundary of a country during a year plus net factor income from abroad. Net factor income from abroad (NFIA) is the difference between the factor income earned by our residents from foreign country and the factor income earned by foreigners from our country. GNP= GDP+NFIA Where, NFIA= Income earned by our Nepalese citizen from foreign country -income earned by foreigners in Nepal. The four features of GNP are given below: a) It includes only final goods and services. b) It does not include intermediate goods. c) It includes only those goods which have market value and brought in the market for sell. d) It includes the income earned by residents of a country within a country and abroad.
